Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging SysDev Automation for CI/CD workflow analytics services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request work under these conditions.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, clinics, reviews, and retainers are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fees in writing (email confirmation is sufficient unless a separate contract is signed).

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials we author remain the property of SysDev Automation unless a written engagement states otherwise. Assessment reports delivered to a client may be used internally by that client; redistribution outside the client organisation requires prior written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of pipeline configurations, logs, and documents you share. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to perform the agreed engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SysDev Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation.

No warranty on free content

Field notes and public pages are provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Professional conclusions for your organisation are delivered only within a scoped engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Busan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Existing signed engagements follow their own change clauses.
